We want you to be happy with your purchase and how your order was handled. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return any unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please follow our easy returns process.

Return
Returned products must be in original condition in their original packaging along with any paperwork or accessories. We cannot accept/process returns of product(s) more than 30 days after purchase. Due to health and safety codes, we are unable to accept returns on opened/used products. Items returned without original packaging and accessories may be subject to a restocking fee. We recommend (for your protection) that you send your return via FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Return shipping & handling fees are not refundable.
Refund/Credit
Once your return is processed, you will be credited the price of the products less original shipping & handling costs. Orders, which originally received a qualifying promotion, such as a "Free shipping offer", may have the appropriate adjustments made to any refund due. Refunds will always be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged and will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of your return.
Damaged Shipments
Products damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge. Save the package and all contents, contact us, and we will provide you with special instruction to process your replacement products. Replacement products will be shipped via standard ground shipping at no charge.
Shipping & Delivery Errors
We proudly maintain a 99.7% or better shipping accuracy rate. But should you experience any problems with your order, please contact us immediately so that we may correct it in a timely manner. If you received a wrong product due to our error, we will promptly reship the correct product via standard ground at no additional cost.
If a delivery is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you for further instructions on the handling of your shipment. Applicable shipping & handling charges may be reassessed at the time of reshipment or refund.
