All our product information is only available on-line. Information on products we carry and their availability is updated daily along with any specials and manufacturer promotions.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed, it will be processed as you requested. If you wish any adjustments to be made including changing quantities, canceling backorders or adjusting the shipping method please contact customer service as soon as possible (see our contact page). Once an order has been processed we cannot make changes or cancel an order. Please use our return request form to return products.

How can I tell if a site is secure?

To tell if your information is secure on a site, when you are in the checkout portion of a site, you should notice that the URL at the top of the screen has changed from http:// to https://. This means the site has switched over to a secure portion of the site where your information is safe.
Another way you can tell if a site is secure is usually at the bottom of the browser window, you will see a padlock. If the lock shows closed - this means this portion of the site is secure. If the lock is open, broken, or none is showing, this portion of the site is not secure.
